We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational colleague to join our school.

This post would suit a passionate and motivated colleague who is experienced in working successfully with pupils, and looking forward to working with children with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs to ensure their success.
As Attendance Lead, you will need to share our commitment and vision within our pastoral teams. The post-holder will act as the Attendance Lead for the designated school to promote and uphold statutory duties associated with attendance.
Within our collection of schools, attendance is vital for pupil’s achievement, wellbeing, and wider development. You will be responsible for improving pupil participation and engagement in all aspects of school by supporting work with families, pupils and other agencies. The main focus of the roll will be to work closely with staff, pupils and parents to address barriers to attendance, enforce attendance policies, and contribute to a positive school culture that values regular and punctual attendance.
The successful candidate will be able to work cooperatively within a diverse team of professionals from across the education and wider care landscape.
